Hi there, we will be updating our product activation platform between 11 PM EDT on Saturday, October 21 and 2 AM EDT on Sunday, October 22. During this time, there’ll be a brief outage that will prevent users from activating perpetual copies of our desktop products. If you’re trying to activate a perpetual copy of Storyline or Studio within that timeframe, please wait a couple minutes and try again.
