We've identified an issue affecting AI course draft generation in Rise 360 and AI image generation in Rise 360 and Storyline 360, where requests may become stuck on a loading state.
The issue was caused by latency with the Gemini API, which has now been resolved. We're continuing to monitor the situation to ensure these features are working as expected.
We're aware that AI image generation is currently stuck on a loading state in Rise 360 and Storyline 360. AI course draft generation in Rise 360 is also affected. Our team is actively investigating the cause and will share an update as soon as we have more information.
